SEES Candy Available at the Crab Feed

SEES Candy

We will be selling SEES Candy at the Lions Crab Feed during both seatings at the Yachats Commons. This is a new fundraiser that we have started to raise money for two additional summer camps that are aligned with Lion’s causes. In support of the Lion’s cause of Diabetes, we already support the Type 1 Diabetes camp, Gales Creek Camp, through our 50/50 raffle at the monthly Lunch Bunch and at our meetings. Our goal via SEES Candy sales it to raise $2000 for each new camp per year.

The first new camp, Camp Millennium, supports children and their families that are going through Cancer and is aligned with the Lion’s cause of Childhood Cancer. The second new camp, Camp Taloali, hosts a summer camp for Deaf and Hard of Hearing children and youth and is aligned with Lion’s because of the challenge that Helen Keller gave the newly formed Lions Clubs International at their convention in 1925.

If you are eating at the Lions Hall, feel free to stop buy the Commons between the Seatings, 200pm to 330p or after 530p to purchase your raffle tickets.
