After a two-year shutdown because of the coronavirus pandemic, the Yachats Lions Club is bringing back its popular all-you-can-eat breakfast over the Memorial Day weekend.
Pancakes, sausage, ham, and eggs will be coming hot off the griddle from 7:30 to 11 a.m. Sunday, May 29 at the Lions Club Hall, 344 W. Fourth St. The cost is a suggested donation of $10.
The breakfasts have been a staple of the club’s many fundraisers for years and a chance for community members and visitors to mingle and socialize. But the pandemic shut them down, forcing the club to rely on its popular thrift store and online crab feed to fund the $25,000 it distributed to organizations in 2020-21.
The club is also planning another all-you-can-eat breakfast for Monday, July 4, 2022.
